About the lesson

As a Mathematics tutor, I believe in building a strong foundation through conceptual clarity, structured practice, and student-centric learning. My teaching approach is tailored to each student's learning pace and style, with the goal of making Math not only understandable but also enjoyable. Teaching Techniques and Methods: I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable ideas using real-life analogies. Emphasis is placed on logic-based understanding rather than rote memorization. For problem-solving, I teach multiple methods to approach a question, helping students develop flexibility and confidence. I regularly integrate past paper analysis, time-management techniques, and shortcut strategies for competitive exams like JEE. Usual Structure of a Class: Quick recap of previous topics to maintain continuity. Clear explanation of a new concept, followed by illustrative examples. Guided practice with the student, where I solve problems alongside them. Independent problem-solving with live feedback. Doubt resolution and a short recap at the end. Homework or practice sets, tailored to the student’s level and goals. What Makes Me Stand Out: I scored 95/100 in Class 12 CBSE Math and 98.5 percentile in Math in JEE Mains, so I understand what it takes to excel under pressure. As a Software Engineering student at DTU, I bring a logical and analytical mindset that enhances my teaching.
