About Sana
Hi!
I'm Sana, a motivated student fresh out of Sixth Form. My age allows me to build a friendly yet inspiring relationship with younger students. Being adaptable and flexible, I adjust my teaching to the way your child will interact with best. From tutoring 8 and 10 year olds for two years for example this has included games such as dominoes to practice mental maths as well as creating and sticking stickers in French on everyday house objects to help build up vocabulary memory.
Whilst privately tutoring primary and secondary aged children, I volunteered in sixth form to help peers with their French qualifications (A level and IB) through weekly sessions after completing my A level a year early. As a native French speaker who had to go through the reverse of learning English I was able to provide effective support beyond the classroom.
Having worked with a wide age and ability range and being a student myself I have found that a thorough understanding of topics is much more rewarding, encouraging and efficient than cramming information solely to pass exams.
