About Chris
I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree in optometry at SUNY College of Optometry and I have graduated Stony Brook University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology.
During my studying period with the Optometric Admissions Test (OAT) I have discovered a lot on how some of the best tutors on YouTube and other subscription based tutoring aids utilize different methods of learning material and my wish is to bring all this information to you. I have scored in the 99th percentile in topics such as Biology, General Chemistry and Physics through these methods.

I believe that every student has a unique way of learning. And for some, they just haven't found that perfect learning method yet. It took me years to understand what works for me and what doesn't, and I would love to be able to guide you or your child to find what works for them.
I love being able to show concepts visually and teach in ways where students can quickly remember concepts, rather than the textbook word for word definitions some professors do.
As a tutor, before we start our first session, I would love to get a glimpse of what you are learning or struggling with so that I can devise a plan as well as review the material to better explain the concepts to you.
As of currently, I am able to teach grade school to high school level students in topics such as Biology, Chemistry, Pre-Algebra to Algebra 1 and hopefully more to come!
