About Hansnath
I like to read the mind of my students in order to teach them. It enables me to determine their actual weakness. Nobody is intelligent at birth; intelligence is a product of how one uses one's mind. Hence, I think that a student must be taught in a way that allows him/her to apply the gained knowledge to real-world issues. It will be conceivable only if a teacher prefers to teach his subject by connecting it to real problems. I emphasize how a short-term memory can be converted to a long-term memory throughout my lessons in order to help the students achieve more than they are expected to.

I have completed my doctorate in Chemistry (Material Science) from IIT Madras Chennai, Tamil Nadu India. In the field of educating chemistry to the enthusiastic student, I have been for 10 years. During my journey of chemistry teaching, I have learned that the things which look very difficult to understand from one dimension, they become very easy by changing the direction of looking. In the earlier days of my journey, I was chemistry phobic but as time passed, things changed and it became my favorite subject. So, in the transformation of a phobic student to a teacher, I have sorted out many drawbacks in learning and teaching. By applying more and more life-based examples with bookish knowledge, a short-term memory can be changed into a long-term memory. Let's understand it by taking an example: Acc. to Aufbau rule "the orbital with lowest energy gets the electron first". This can be proved by taking the example of our family. If we are five brothers, and our mother needs to distribute something between us then the younger one (lowest energy orbital) gets the thing first and the older one (higher energy) at last. So, if we are able to connect something with live examples, that thing shifts from short-term memory to long-term memory. In my teaching, I prefer to teach someone according to their grasping power of chemistry. Anyone who has the enthusiasm for learning chemistry by relating it with our day-to-day life, they are welcome on my teaching platform.
