About Sandra
I have a doctorate in piano, a master's in teaching piano lessons, international performing experience, and a decade of teaching experience. I have been playing and performing for over 20 years. Being able to share and teach piano with others is my greatest passion! I frequently perform solo recitals, for weddings, events, and at special venues. My home studio is a welcoming space filled with instruments, and two furry teaching assistants: my cats Judy and Phil!

I teach private piano lessons in my home studio in Bowling Green, OH.
My teaching style is non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging. I teach students the music they want to learn, whether that’s classical, pop, jazz, or anything in between.
I teach all ages, including adults! I have many adult students, so I’ve created a monthly club for all of my adult students to meet, discuss their progress, and enjoy a community of other adult learners.
For my young students, lessons are focused on engagement with the learning process, building self-sufficiency, and self-discovery through the music we play.
I hold twice yearly separate recitals for my young students and adult students at fun venues like coffee shops, bookstores, parks, and wineries.
I believe in building a community through music and I hope you will join me!
