About Ololade

I'm a Nigerian food enthusiast, more like I enjoy sharing the rich flavor, techniques, and cultural stories behind African cuisine in a simple and beginner-friendly way. My lessons are practical, engaging, and tailored to my students of all levels. I majorly focus on helping you cook confidently using ingredients available in your location that are closest to the indigenous ingredient while maintaining the true taste of African food. Whether you’re exploring African cuisine for the first time or looking to improve your cooking skills, I’m here to guide you.

About the lesson

My lessons are mostly interactive, practical, and personalized. You can cook along with me during practicals, ask questions, and learn at your own pace. At the end of each lesson, you would have gained confidence in preparing naturally flavorful African meals and understanding the culture behind the food.
You then experience the rich flavors of African cuisine through hands-on, easy-to-follow cooking lessons. You also learn how to prepare popular dishes such as jollof rice, egusi soup, fried rice, stews, and traditional snacks, while understanding the spices, techniques, and cultural stories behind each meal.
All the lessons are beginner-friendly, practical, and tailored to most similar ingredients available to you.
