About Ingrid
I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 20 years. Unfortunately, it is a dying art. I have also done an online course pertaining to Customer Service. Apart from English, I do speak some French, I understand it better than I speak it. My passion is to help people reach their goal.

First of all, we are here to learn. I understand you need to learn English, I am the one to help you. We will read, then you will learn how to pronounce words properly. You will write sentences, and we shall correct your spelling. We will go over anything you do not understand, all questions will be answered. The goal is to learn how to read, write, spell in English. We will be disciplined, that way you will learn. All homework must be done daily, so that we will know how you are progressing.
