About Vishwajeet
Well my name is Vishwajeet Subhedar.Professionally i am an Aeronautical and Automobile Engineer. And also A film maker. Since working with this fields. I have came across many challenges which i solved successfully. I also got good experience. Which I think I should share with my students so that they won't commit same mistakes. they will learn from my experience and I think we got very creative and brilliant students but they don't get appropriate guidelines and direction, resulting to failure. If I can provide proper guidelines and exposure to my students then definitely they will be capable of taking decisions on their own. I always try to develop optimistic attitude in my students because i believe a good attitude plays a significant role in over all development.

When I know my students well then only i can convey my knowledge to them in more simple and easy way. As a teacher I'lltry to make my lectures constructive and interactive rather than one way communication.. i always deploy various methods in order to engage students in learning.
