About Masande Sanelisiwe
I am Masande Sanelisiwe Kaulela, a very optimistic female and 20 years of age. I am currently doing my Diploma in Engineering Tech Electrical Engineering at one of the university of technology in South Africa. I like teaching English because it opens doors to various opportunities, it also enables pupils to communicate with people from different races and with English-speaking relatives and they become more competitive in the global economy.

Teaching is fun and it offers the opportunity to have a positive impact towards pupils on daily basis.. I liked the vision behind the organisation – the idea that you can contribute towards something as huge as tackling educational inequality. During my lesson I promise to educate effectively and encourage my learners through being realistic, give positive feedback, set expectations and celebrate when they're met, get out of the book, practicalize topics and also vary my teaching methods.
