I believe that the best way to learn is to take on projects that YOU care about! I aim to teach your student not only how to write efficient and effective software, but also how to learn new skills, programming languages, and software environments using their innate curiosity and internet skills.
I will start our journey with an assessment of the student's goals and what they'd like to get out of tutoring. This can range from improving schoolwork to learning a game engine like Unity or Unreal 5.
I concentrated on game systems in my undergrad, where I worked on multiple games, tools, and game engines. Games are known for being some of the most performance-critical real-time software, and many students' innate interest in games can be a great intrinsic motivator to learn difficult concepts.
