I adapt the pace, and examples to the learner’s level, objectives, and preferred way of learning rather than following a one-size-fits-all program. My ways of teaching are progressive, interesting and student-centered.
A typical lesson plan would include:
First 5–10 min review: Briefly revisit previous material and check understanding.
Next 10–15 min: Introduce the day's topic and explain the key ideas.
Following 15–20 min guided practice: Work through examples together, with questions along the way.
Last 10–15 min are for independent practice: The student tackles a problem or exercise independently.
And extra 5 min for feedback and recap: Identify strengths, clarify remaining difficulties, and summarize the main takeaways.
