About Omar
As a dental student accustomed to navigating high-stakes professional board exams and rigorous science curricula, I know exactly what it takes to master difficult material under pressure. I achieved top of my class in didactics not because I was good at memorization, I was quite bad at that actually. I did it through properly breaking down and understanding material to the point where I was able to explain it to a doorknob and it would understand. That's the kind of understanding I want for my students. I never considered myself the smartest person, but I believe you do not need to be to get higher grades than most. It doesn't even take hours of studying 7 days a week. All it takes is a good system for studying that you enjoy, some consistency, and a proper mindset. My teaching is about 50% me explaining concepts to my students and about 50% developing these 3 skills. My goal is to have you guys develop the foundation I never had to reach academic goals I never got to reach.

I treat standardized testing and STEM subjects like a strategic game where precision and logic always beat brute-force memorization. My teaching method focuses on high-yield, low-volume strategy, using more casual drawings and diagrams to explain difficult topics. Instead of drowning students in passive drilling, I go through each problem with the student, guiding their own thinking to solving it themselves.
