About Coleen
I believe that every student deserves a teacher who creates a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment. I aim to build confidence in my students by encouraging them to ask questions, express their ideas, learn from mistakes, and believe in their own abilities.
I establish legitimacy and trust through preparation, consistency, fairness, and a genuine commitment to my students' learning. I strive to demonstrate professionalism by being responsible, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable in every lesson and interaction.
Most importantly, I want my students to feel reassured that they are supported and valued. I may not have all the answers, but I am committed to learning, improving, and guiding them along the way. My goal is not only to teach lessons but also to inspire students to become confident, responsible, and lifelong learners.
