About Vance
I've worked with various students from Algebra 1 to college level before. I have worked in AI for the last 4 years, so I have been mostly focused on the upper-level math, but still remember the other subjects. I took enough extra statistics courses for a double major in statistics, but because of the overlap with my math degree, that wasn't allowed. I'm ready to help someone learn.

I'd like to focus on what the student is learning currently, ensure that past concepts are solid, and help them grow their understanding. With a degree in Applied Mathematics, and a passion myself for learning, if I don't know the answer, I'll be able to find it quickly. I'm not looking to guarantee 100s, but if a student understands the concepts and not just how to pass the test they will do better long term.
