About Julian
I am a math tutor with over 7 years of experience helping students understand complex ideas in a clear and structured way. I also hold an MSc in Operations Research, which strengthened my passion for analytical thinking. Mathematics explains patterns.
My favorite area to teach is financial mathematics. I guide students through interest rate calculations, investment growth models, and risk evaluation. These concepts are essential for understanding finance and business.
To make lessons practical, I integrate case studies and financial modeling exercises. Students analyze real economic data and explore real financial scenarios. This helps them connect mathematics with real-world applications.
I focus on developing strong quantitative reasoning skills. My goal is to make mathematical thinking practical and useful. Let’s explore how mathematics drives the financial world.

My approach to teaching maths focuses on building strong reasoning skills. Mathematics should help students understand real-world problems.
Lessons combine financial mathematics with important topics like algebra, percentages, and statistics. Students explore interest calculations, budgeting methods, and investment analysis. These ideas are practical and useful.
I use financial case studies and small modeling exercises. Students calculate savings growth, loan interest, and financial risks. This helps them see how mathematics supports financial planning.
Learners interested in coding and Olympiad mathematics receive structured challenges. Their logical thinking and problem-solving abilities are carefully developed. Regular practice builds accuracy.
The aim is to make students comfortable with numbers. Mathematics becomes a tool for smarter everyday financial decisions.
