About Rabia
My name is Rabia, an Arabic name which means "Spring time" and I happen to be born on the last day of spring here in South Africa. Travelling is my second passion while teaching is my first. I have spent the last 10 years teaching English as a first language in a country that has 11 official languages. South Africa is a diverse and multicultural environment, and I have gained valuable insights into fostering effective communication and learning in challenging settings.
During my teaching journey,I have developed a passion for helping students break down language barriers and gain confidence to express their thoughts fearlessly and fluently.
In a nutshell, I am a dedicated educator who is enthusiastic about teaching and empowering students.

My primary objective is to help learners gain confidence and break down language barriers so that they can communicate fearlessly and fluently. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans. My lessons are learner-centered, which means that we get to discuss topics that interest you most. Lessons are super fun and there's no question too silly to go unanswered.
