About Brianna
I am a Mechanical Engineering student and a Presidential Scholar at Rowan University. My academic journey has been defined by a deep commitment to excellence and a passion for solving complex problems. As a scholar, I understand the discipline required to master difficult subjects and I bring that same focus to my tutoring sessions. I chose Mechanical Engineering because it allows me to apply mathematical theories to real-world challenges. This practical background gives me a unique perspective on teaching. I do not just help students pass their exams. I help them develop the analytical mindset needed for long-term success in STEM fields. My goal is to provide high-quality support to students who want to improve their grades and build their confidence. Whether you are struggling with basic algebra or advanced university calculus, I am dedicated to helping you reach your full academic potential.

I do not believe in rote memorization. As a Mechanical Engineering student and Presidential Scholar, my approach uses First Principles. We break every complex mathematical concept into its most basic and logical building blocks. I focus on the logic before the formula. Once a student understands the "why," they no longer need to memorize. They can derive the solution themselves.
A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan
0 to 10 minutes: Diagnostic Review. We review previous concepts and tackle difficult homework points. This ensures the foundation is solid.
10 to 35 minutes: Conceptual Deep-Dive. I introduce the new topic using visual aids and real-world engineering examples.
35 to 50 minutes: Guided Practice. We solve problems together. I use the Socratic Method by asking leading questions to help the student find the answer.
50 to 60 minutes: Independent Mastery. The student solves a final problem alone to prove they understand the material. We then set goals for the next session.
What Sets Me Apart I am a Presidential Scholar and a Mechanical Engineering major at Rowan University. I do not just know Math. I use it every day to solve technical problems. I bring academic rigor and high-stakes problem-solving experience to every session. I am committed to helping my students achieve scholar status by building their confidence and technical intuition.
Who These Lessons Are For I offer high-impact tutoring for specific groups:
High School Students: I help with SAT Math, AP Calculus, and Physics.
University Students: I teach Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations.
Engineering Aspirants: I help students transition from high school math to rigorous engineering coursework.
