I start with a diagnostic assessment to help me understand the learner's strengths and weaknesses.
My lessons are tailor-made so that specific areas where the learner needs help are addressed.
I am able to make math look very simple by splitting huge challenges into small and easy to complete tasks.
I engage the learners throughout the lesson with interactive problem-solving, asking questions and encouraging them to explain their thought processes.
I involve the parent/guardian and give immediate, regular feedback on the learner's progress.
I always aim at "igniting the learner's passion".
