About Hetta

Hi! I’m a Biomedical undergraduate and former School Captain with a genuine passion for helping students feel confident, capable, and supported in their learning. Having achieved a 94.95 ATAR, I understand both the challenges and pressures that can come with school, and I know that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a warm, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and learning at their own pace without fear of making mistakes. I tutor VCE English, Psychology, and Business Management, as well as foundational science and English skills, tailoring lessons to suit each student’s individual needs and goals. More than just improving grades, I hope to inspire motivated, resilient learners who feel ready to tackle challenges, believe in their abilities, and develop confidence that extends far beyond the classroom. I strive to make learning feel supportive, achievable, and genuinely enjoyable.

About the lesson

I understand that every student learns differently, which is why I aim to create a calm, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Whether a student is struggling with confidence, feeling overwhelmed, wanting extra support, or aiming for high results, I tailor lessons to suit their individual needs and learning style. I offer support for students from primary school all the way through to Year 12, including VCE English, Psychology, and Business Management, as well as basic science and foundational English skills. Lessons typically run for 1–2 hours and focus on building understanding, confidence, and strong study habits in a way that feels manageable and engaging. Having recently completed VCE myself with a 94.95 ATAR, including study scores of 45 in Business Management and 41 in both English and Psychology, and now studying Biomedicine at Monash University, I understand firsthand how stressful school can feel and want to help students feel supported while reaching their academic goals.
