With a degree in Business and Sociology, I’ve always had a passion for understanding people and helping them succeed. As a tutor for children aged 6 to 14, I tailor my teaching methods to suit each student's learning style and academic level. My approach blends structured lessons with interactive techniques to keep students engaged, including reading comprehension exercises, vocabulary building, grammar practice, and creative writing tasks. I incorporate a variety of learning tools, such as visual aids, quizzes, and practice papers, to ensure lessons are both educational and enjoyable.
Each lesson typically lasts between 45 to 60minutes, providing ample time to cover material thoroughly while keeping the student’s focus. My goal is to enhance their understanding and boost confidence, preparing them for 11+ and 13+ exams, while also improving overall literacy skills.
With experience teaching English and reading, I work with students at different levels—from foundational reading skills to more advanced comprehension and analysis. My lessons are ideal for children preparing for entrance exams or those who need extra support to excel in their studies.
