About Daniel
Hi, I'm Daniel! I am about to graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. In many ways, my college experience was not strictly defined by the courses I took, but the professors who I met along the way. Forming and maintaining professional relationships with faculty members has been a highlight of my time at college, and it is a benefit that does not end. The positivity and immense learning that comes from learning from the right teacher cannot be expressed in words, but it is a joy I am eager to bring to students!
I began my time at UCLA as a Comparative Literature major, but have since changed my major to Sociology. A part of my heart, in a sense, will always be with English!
My English qualifications are Reading, Literature, and Proofreading.

I have not had the formal pleasure of tutoring or teaching thus far, but I am ready for that to change! As I wait to apply to graduate school, I feel it pertinent to continue challenging myself academically. The opportunity to connect with students and discuss their ideas, thoughts, and concepts in an academic setting makes me incredibly excited! As I mentioned, it is that exact "click" between a student and teacher that can make learning not only enjoyable, but illuminating.
