I make a schedule and stick to it. Each session will cover a subtopic from the topic for the week/month. It will start with me teaching for the first half, followed by asking to implement practically and ending with a QA.

I think Shayan not only has an abundance of skills just on paper but he has made a number of projects to back up all that knowledge. Especially when it comes to his coding skills, he is exemplary.
