When we begin, I assess the learner's current understanding and skill level. Next, I present them with a challenge that aligns with their capabilities—such as designing an algorithm or solving a practical problem. I guide them step-by-step through the challenge, emphasizing critical concepts and contextual factors that need attention. If the learner encounters difficulty with a particular idea, I adapt the process to focus on that area, deepening their comprehension before returning to the original task. My approach is always learner-centric: for coding-related questions, I encourage them to articulate their thought process, analyze the problem, and describe their intended approach. I provide hints and guidance to help them arrive at the solution independently.
