About Daniel
Hello! I’m Daniel Samraj, a certified musician with Grade 6 in Electronic Keyboard and Drums, Grade 5 in Piano, and Grade 4 in Theory of Music from Trinity College London. With years of learning and performance experience, I understand the challenges beginners face and know how to make music simple, enjoyable, and rewarding. My teaching combines structured techniques with creativity, ensuring students not only prepare well for exams but also fall in love with music itself. As a tutor, my approach is student-centered and practical, focusing on making music both fun and structured. I use step-by-step techniques, starting with rhythm, basic theory, and hand coordination, then gradually moving into songs, improvisation, and exam preparation.
A typical lesson begins with warm-ups, followed by core exercises, and ends with applying concepts to real pieces or drumming patterns, ensuring steady progress every week.
