I’ve taken classes from Heidi for several years! She works great with both kids and adults. Not only do you learn the subject but you also get the background of the culture and history that goes with it.

Heidi instructs both of my children on a weekly basis. She has always made sure to check if my children need any accommodations and treats them with kindness and respect in all classes. Heidi is always looking to help them reach their full potential, while also acknowledging that everyone has a different level to strive for in order to reach success. Both of my kids feel confident in her classes. Heidi is even my instructor and on the adult level, is the instructor I trust most. She breaks down moves to better understand what is going on in the body. This helps participants safe while trying new things. She also teaches the history of what she instructing so you walk away with a better knowledge and respect for the style of dance you are doing.
