About Ananiah
I am currently a university student pursuing a major in pre-med. My favorite subjects have always been mathematics and science classes. I have completed all math classes up to Calculus II. My favorite to tutor is Algebra I and II. While in high school one of my favorite things to do was to help tutor other students in my math and science classes. I did this during my junior and senior year of high school. I have also taught new high school students how to play the drums for around 3 years now.

One of my favorite teaching techniques is what I like to call "copycat". It means that I will work out a problem with the individual and then they will follow along with me. After doing this with a couple of questions the student will then try to solve a problem by themselves. This is efficient and effective when it comes to teaching students who struggle with certain subjects. One of the things that I like to do as a tutor is encourage the student who is struggling. It's hard learning something new, but sometimes just need a little help and encouragement along the way.
