About Ivana
My background is very broad as I have been practising and doing pilates classes, stretching, flexibility classes, yoga sessions focused on the deep release and the unlocking of muscles. I am currently finishing my dance degree at the University. As well as that I completed BTEC in Performing Arts in College and after my studies in Slovakia at the Musical Conservatoire, I am a qualified Diploma Artist.

In my classes I usually start with a complete warm-up of the body, so the body is warm and ready to move. After I tend to prepare the exercises to work specific areas of the body, like locked hips and hamstrings, pain in the back, shoulders or lower back, then we move onto the stretch and lengthening of the legs. Lastly, we slowly cool down and let the body relax in its own way. Classes can be suited to individual needs and targets, what you want to improve/work on.
