About Kiana
As a current university student studying Aerospace Engineering, I know how difficult math and sciences courses might be. I have experience with desigining the SCORCH Cube Satellite and teaching NASA flight simulators. I become inspired with those who are interested in space/technology. It motivates me to work with students on a personal level and mentor them into confidence with understanding difficult concepts.

I enjoy motivating students in STEM, as it is a growing field. I am passionate about students who are fully engaged and are willing to dive deep into the subject. I am very patient when students are having difficulty understanding a concept. Ususally I will refer students to outside sources and options if they are not satisfied with the lesson.
My lessons are for high school students, specifcially for grades 9 through 11 (Geometry, Algebra, Physics A, Pre-Calculus).
