I am a Brisbane based musician currently performing live playing guitar, and singing vocals in my own band, Katanak. I am a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, bass guitar, keyboard and drums) and write, play all the instruments and record my original music for Katanak.

I have achieved the following awards:
• Semi-finalist Unsigned Only Music Competition 2023
• Finalist International UK Songwriting competition 2022
• Semi-finalist International Songwriting competition 2020, 2021, 2022

Music has always been a part of my life as both my father and uncle are involved in bands. From learning guitar and piano at primary school, to attending Music Industry College (noted for turning out some of Australia's exceptional talents such as Thelma Plumm, Sahara Beck & Asha Jefferies). I studied Sound Production and over the past 8 years, I have performed in various bands playing both guitar and drums.

I want to inspire a lifelong love of music and help people achieve their goals.

I have a recording / music room set up at home.

Lessons will be perfect for students who wish to develop guitar skills, both beginner & immermediate. Lessons need to be fun, not a chore, so I will work with your musical tastes & genres to help you see growth in your playing and develop the enjoyment that music brings.

I'm also happy to discuss writing music.

Some of the things you'll learn:
- Learn your favourite songs by ear
- how to indentify the location of all the notes on your instrument
- how to read chords/tab.
- how to write your own songs

I have someThursday lesson times available during the day and Wednesday evenings.
