About MARQUEZ,
I am a Civil Engineering student with a strong interest in Mathematics, Physics, Science, and other STEM-related subjects. I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics by explaining them in a clear, patient, and organized way. I believe that learning becomes easier when students understand the reasoning behind formulas and solutions instead of simply memorizing them.
As a fellow student, I understand how challenging technical subjects can feel, especially when lessons move too quickly. I therefore aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely and learn at their own pace. I am responsible, approachable, and committed to preparing lessons carefully based on each student’s needs. My goal is to help learners strengthen their foundations, improve their problem-solving skills, and become more confident in Mathematics, Physics, Science, and STEM subjects.

As a Civil Engineering student, I offer tutoring in Mathematics, Arithmetic, Physics, General Science, and STEM-related subjects for elementary, junior high school, and senior high school students. My goal is not only to help students get the correct answer, but also to help them understand why a solution works and how they can solve similar problems independently.
My lessons follow a clear and organized structure. I usually begin with a short review or diagnostic activity to identify what the student already understands and which topics need more attention. I then explain the lesson using simple language, diagrams, formulas, and real-life examples. For Mathematics and Physics, I demonstrate step-by-step solutions before allowing the student to solve similar problems with my guidance.
A typical lesson may include:
• 5–10 minutes of review and checking previous difficulties
• 15–20 minutes of concept explanation
• 15–20 minutes of worked examples and guided problem solving
• 10–15 minutes of independent practice
• A short recap, corrections, and questions before ending the session
I adjust the difficulty and pace according to each student's level. For students who struggle with Mathematics, I can begin with basic arithmetic and gradually progress to algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and other topics. For Physics and Science, I focus on understanding concepts first before applying formulas and calculations.
What sets my tutoring approach apart is my focus on patience, step-by-step problem solving, and making technical subjects easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions freely, especially when they are confused, because understanding the process is more important than memorizing formulas. My lessons are especially suitable for students who want to improve their grades, prepare for examinations, strengthen their STEM foundation, or become more confident in solving Mathematics and Science problems.
