About Aaliyah
I have always had a profound appreciation for artistic and meaningful expression in art, particularly in literature. Our ability to communicate with words is not limited by our consciousness, but by the efforts we choose to invest in. English has always meant a lot to me, it has helped me build and develop the person I have become, and it would mean everything to me to have an opportunity to instill the same passion into someone else and assist them achieve their personal best.

I aim to assist students in English skills via text analysis, breaking down and re-working their essays or creative writing pieces, preparing for examinations and looking for places to improve consistently. English lessons are not focused on replacing the student's original work, but on sharpening its authenticity and allowing the student's potential to shine through. Lessons may typically run for 1-2 hours. I have always been part of a writing community in some way, during High School I participated in Advanced and Extension English, with invitations to writing/literature clubs additionally. I write my own pieces as a hobby, and enjoy reading often. I aim to help anyone going through HSC, or anyone just looking to improve their general writing abilities.
