About Mike
I have taken all sorts of math courses throughout my time in highschool, and in university, reaching all the way up to calculus III. Most teachers are unable to make math appealing to their students, when that is sometimes best way to relay information. I was lucky enough to have a fantastic math teacher in high school, who I will model my lessons towards.
Again, it is my duty to you to make sure you understand how and more importantly why we do what we do in mathematics.

I will break down the basics first, every time. Then, I will generally write out a whole sample problem when we get to the actual core of the problem, then go through it step by step. My lessons are designed for high school or degree seeking students. Being a student myself, and having gone through stressful courses and teachers, I make it my goal to help you understand not just how to do the problem, but why we do it. I am a fan of"real-world" exercises, and decline to waste your time learning things that you will not need in your future.
While learning a new subject may seem impossible at times, I assure you, I will take the time to help you understand anything in my full capacity.
Some teachers/professors can be extremely frustrating trying to follow along, I make it my goal to help you through your best and worst days!
