About Amelie
English is something that I will always value as a crucial subject. However, it can sometimes be viewed as a chore; and my aim is to undo these stereotypes and to provide entertaining lessons so that students can develop their own unique passion for the subject- whether that comes in the form of reading, creative writing or speaking.

In a typical 1 hour lesson, I would start with exercises such as games to test the students' knowledge. Since writing and speaking coherently and fluently is such a vital aspect of the KS3 syllabus, my lessons have a balance between comprehensive tasks focused on grammar and more creative tasks, to keep the lessons engaging and informative. I have also previously tutored maths at KS3 level and received great feedback.
