The school that I went to was not very supportive of the students, most of the staff was very lax and was aiming for the bare minimum for many of the students. I want to be able to allow young people to unlock their full academic potential.

I would describe my teaching style as very pro active but nurturing at the same time, I will actively and thoroughly work through sections that my students find difficult, while also giving them the individual freedom to work problems out by themselves so they can develop their personal understanding on the subject
