With 1.5 years of intensive elementary education instruction as well as great experience tutoring in a high school classroom, I bring a well-rounded skill set to tutoring. My passion for working with children, combined with a positive, engaging, and fun approach, allows me to connect with students and make learning enjoyable. I plan to have fun, engaging, and explicit instruction. A typical lesson with me depends on the grade level. For elementary age students, I love to read out loud and do activities based on the reading. I also like to play games that are fun, but still focused on clear instruction so true learning can take place!
For college and career readiness, this would include resume help, college application help, as well as one-on-one coaching for interviews.
