About Sarah
As a second-year Business, Accounting, and Finance student at Nottingham Trent University, I'm Sarah Greenwood, aged 20, and I am passionate about becoming a tutor.
Firstly I am passionate about maths, i believe it becomes easy once it’s understood. With my background in business and finance, I aim to help students understand complex mathematical concepts by breaking them down into digestible parts. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy seeing others succeed and grow, and I believe that I can make a positive impact by providing personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each student's learning style and needs. I am patient, encouraging and dedicated and will do the most to help students to reach their full potential in mathematics.

I prefer using past papers and examples from textbooks as I believe this is the primary way to understand maths, practice, practice, practice.
Length of lesson: 45 minutes
- 10 minutes telling me what the student would to work on and find relevant examples
- 35 minutes going through examples and explanations
