Student - Teacher friendly decorum is maintained always. Students who struggle to pass their exams turns 180 degree and their situation becomes struggling to score low marks. Not a usual method teaching. I make sure that students don't need to mug up the concepts instead develop the potential in them that they can answer in their sleep to the question !
