About Sonia
I am currently studying an MSc in Risk Analytics at Queen Mary University of London in the Mathematical Sciences Department, having graduated with a First-Class BSc in Accounting and Finance. Alongside my studies, I have completed 12 of 13 ACCA examinations and gained four years of experience working in finance, giving me a strong analytical and mathematical foundation.
I teach GCSE Mathematics and A level Maths (Statistics Paper), I also welcome KS3 students.

I believe the best way to learn is by understanding the reasoning behind each method, rather than simply memorising formulae. I use maths every day in both academic and real-world settings. This allows me to explain concepts clearly and break down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps. I am a patient tutor who genuinely welcomes questions. My aim is to create a supportive and structured environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace, build confidence in their abilities, and develop the problem-solving skills needed to succeed in their exams.
