About Anastasia
As someone who struggled with education when I was younger, I did not enjoy learning until I encountered a support tutor. This tutor understood how I thought and learned differently, unlocking my abilities to be a more efficient student. From this, I strive to be a student-centered teacher who tailors lessons to each student’s learning needs. I feel that my encouraging and efficient teaching style, along with my extensive background in math and science, allow me to be an excellent support for students.

Hello! My name is Anastasia and I am from the United States, but am currently a medical school student in the UK.
As a teacher, I am very student-centered. I seek to create a supportive and high-energy learning environment for students that I have found not only encourages their progress, but inspires students to surpass their goals. I formulate lessons and activities that are relevant to the student’s interests, which engages the classroom and keeps learning on-task.
