About Kate
I want to teach because I remember as a student, I struggled a lot in the beginning as a lacked some foundational knowledge because of my prior education in a different country. I know personally, there was so much benefit to asking questions and getting help, and I wouldn’t have achieved the grades that I did without help from others! I would like to be that person to help others, and I know tutoring would help me massively because I love learning from other people too :)

I’m originally from South Africa so had to work super hard to learn a new curriculum! I tutored maths at my old sixth form where I was also head girl!
My previous lessons tutoring consisted of collecting all of my previous A level work and I would bring up questions which had previously stumped me. I also helped with homework and printed off extra question to do at the end. Through my experience, I realised that the best help for exams were doing loads of questions !
