About Hope
Hi! My name is Hope and I have been helping people with math for as long as I can remember. I am finishing up my math degree this spring and while I am not going into teaching, I still really enjoy helping people get to the "ah ha" moment with math. I also volunteer with a program that helps adults get their GEDs, and the main thing I tutor is math. Also, I really love to read, play video games, cross stitch, and bake!

When it comes to math, it's all about repetition and figuring out how to solve a problem that makes sense to you. I want to work with you and make sure that you understand the steps to set you up for success. Something that I will have you do is work through a problem and tell me your thought process. This makes it possible to alter the way you approach a problem and will set you up for success. I can teach from pre-algebra up to multivariate calculus. No matter your level, I will help you get to a point where you feel confident.
