About Xavier
I am currently a freshman at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor studying Industrial and Operations Engineering with a minor in Economics. I hope to go into the business field working as a consultant. I consider myself to be a STEM person because I was always more interested in science and math growing up. I have always had an advanced understanding of math and have experience tutoring at multiple levels, including Algebra, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus courses.

I will typically teach to high school students struggling in honors/advanced courses that want to succeed. I have a deep understanding of many mathematical topics and I am able to explain them in depth. A typical lesson with me would consist of looking at topics you are struggling with, explain the background of the mathematical topic, and then work through a problem step by step and explaining each step. I repeat this until they have a firm understanding and then we move on to another problem.
