About Ethan
I deeply believe that everybody can perform well academically; the biggest roadblock is a lack of individual focus from schools. I aim to provide a collaborative experience where my student and I can work towards solutions to problems both in- and outside of the exam. I teach at the GCSE level and below for Maths and English, and up to A-Level for all sciences.
Each lesson is usually 1-2 hours long with flexibility to shorten or extend that time.
I employ a range of techniques that I've cultivated over years of experience to cater each lesson to the individual student.
Most lessons will involve a rundown of a topic that the student is struggling with, in combination with practice questions. I prioritise understanding above all, therefore the time spent on each topic will depend on both my confidence and the confidence of my student.
