About Maeve
I currently work as a TK-8 resource support teacher and librarian, supporting students in an array of subjects, including mathematics, reading/phonics, ELA, history/social studies, religion, and computer literacy. I also have experience tutoring high school math.
I have earned degrees in mathematics, history, social and behavioral sciences, library information technology, and computer science.
I hope to share my knowledge with you!

I aim to make my lessons relatable and clear for my students - I want to make sure any confusion is addressed, especially in trickier subjects like math.
It is especially important to me that students fully understand the basics of whatever subject they are working on. In working with so many grades, I see how quickly one can fall behind, and how discouraging it can feel, if those basics are not mastered. I aim to encourage my students to ask lots of questions.
