Hi there! My name is Ashlyn! It's lovely to meet you! I hope we can work together to create a fun and growing learning environment. A little fun fact about me is that I can speak two languages. I have a little dog named Darby and I also have 5 chickens! How cool is that! I am an avid reader and my favorite author is Dazai or Michiko Aoyama. I took AP Psychology in High School. I took Psychopathology and Developmental Psychology during my Sophomore year of college. I am currently working on Research Design in Psychology. I have grown up in a family of educators so I know the importance of education. I can't wait to work together, and just remember: YOU CAN DO IT!

I believe in goal setting. Each unit or lesson should be approached one step at a time to ensure thorough understanding. It is easy to get tangled and frustrated but remember to take it one step at a time and ask questions! I want to mold my tutoring to the individual so that they not only comprehend the lesson, but find the lessons exciting. I am most familiar with teaching elementary and high schoolers, but I have worked with middle school before. Any student who needs help in General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Psychopathology/ Abnormal Psychology, and AP Psychology, can find my help and support.
