I am Imogen, a Sixth Form student. I love teaching because I get to share passionate topics with others and also use my passion to help others improve academically and excel. I love being able to connect with others and see their progress increase with my help, it brings me great joy.

My target audience ranges from year 1 primary school students up to year 11 secondary school students. Am comfortable with help in with GCSE as I am very familiar with the format as I have just finished the courses. I find that 45 minutes is the best time for a session as students' attention span often trails off in an hour. My experience includes being a maths mentor in primary & secondary school where I would help the lower years. I was also a reading buddy to the year 7s in secondary and do occasional tutoring for families every few weeks. My approach is to really focus on a student's room for improvements and challenging those. Doing exam-style practice questions in timed conditions is key for consolidating knowledge and being prepared for exams.
