About Emily
My name is Emily Allen and I am a current student at the University of Warwick, studying Politics, Philosophy and Law. I have had previous experience in teaching younger years in my high school and have specialised in English. I got an A* in my English Literature A-Level so have the qualifications to cover a range of topics. I have a passion for teaching as I want to help the next generation build literacy and reading skills to help them through university and future employment.

As an online English tutor, my approach is centered on creating a supportive and interactive learning environment tailored to each student's needs. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while also emphasizing practical communication skills through engaging activities and real-life scenarios. I believe my ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and my commitment to nurturing a positive and patient learning atmosphere make me an excellent tutor. I have previously assisted my teachers at school to look after younger classes. With a history of working in an environment with children I'm an excellent candidate to tutor for 6-16 year olds.
