About Nelly
I graduated High School in 2021 with a 5.0 unweighted GPA. I took a total of 15 AP courses,including all possible Math classes. I received the Departmental Science Award as well as the Tutor of the Graduating Class award that was given to only one graduating student for the tutoring contribution and performance for the entire 4 years of my high school career.
I have many years of experience as a tutor (especially math) as I tutored students in my high school for over 4 years. I am extremely patient with students who want to learn and I am passionate about the subjects I teach. I love student's curiosity which I believe is part of being successful in learning. Therefore I will give you all the attention and time that you need to learn the subject as well as modify my teaching approach towards your skills and abilities.
Now I attend Carnegie Mellon University which is known to be one of the top universities in the country in the STEM field. I study Computer Science with heavy concentration on Math as well.

I am extremely passionate about helping you grasp the concepts you might be struggling with and it helps me be a better person when my students come back to me happy that they received high scores on their exams due to my teaching methods and my passion to help them.
