About Charlotte
In 2023, I graduated from Durham and embarked on the Teach First graduate programme. For two years, I worked in a challenging school to persuade and support students to love my subject as much as I do. Due to my subject passion, I have taken two years out of teaching for a master's but am keen to continue my craft and share my excitement for English with others.

Helpful and empathetic, I like to break lessons down into some modelling, guided practice, as well as independent practice. I like the student to lead so that the lesson is tailored to their needs. I also believe in the importance of regular and manageable feedback; the student will have one goal per lesson to focus on.
