I always feel that a good teacher should be able to devote time to students based on their capabilities. A student who is struggling would need more time devoted as compared to others. Striking this balance is what my goal is in my class. I feel lessons are best learned through practical examples. I also ensure that my classes are flexible based on students' understanding.
